Hey there friends, fellow Fashionistas/os and those who have just stumbled upon this page!
My name is Courtney Smith. I grew up in a decent suburban town outside of Nashville, Tennessee before I started my future at the University of Tennessee, where I am currently pursuing a degree in Marketing. In my first year of college, I changed my major a whopping five times, picking different paths that ranged from Engineering to Teaching. I don’t know where my passion will lead me on in the future, but there is one thing that I do know: I’m obsessed with fashion!
I’m a Pinterest-addicted, Tumblr-diehard, silly Fashionista. I learned to sew and knit from an early age and since then, I haven’t stopped. My personal style ranges from Carrie Bradshaw-esque to Brigitte Bardot. I consider my personal pallet a wide range of classy, flirty and funky pieces. I compete on my school’s debate team. I consider debate to be a sport like football, basketball, or softball (all without getting sweaty)! A majority of my competitors all wear plain black suits, and I love bringing my own unique style into my debate.
Growing up, I’ve always found it hard to dress my curvier body. I admit the fact that I am not a size two, six or even 10. On my good days, I’m a size 14. But I love my body nonetheless, I love dressing it and flaunting what I have!
I have a few pieces that I probably will never retire. I absolutely love my faux leather jacket, simple charm necklace and my go-to skinny jeans.
I’m looking forward to this fun rollercoaster this fall! Stay beautiful, everyone!
