In the past couple months, chokers have become one of the hottest trends and a perfect way to spice up an outfit. With so many types of chokers to choose from, you can pair them with almost anything, and change them up based on what style you are going for. Along with being versatile, they are also pretty inexpensive so they won’t break you back if you want just a simple and cute accessory.
While home for winter break, a couple of friends and I went to shop and have brunch on Melrose. It is one of my favorite places in Los Angeles because there are so many cool art walls and stores that you won’t find anywhere else. One of my friends had the cutest outfit on and I asked to photograph her because I loved the way she accessorized and layered her chokers.
In her look, this Fashionista is wearing a grey off the shoulder top with high waisted black jeans and black booties. This is no doubt an on trend and cute outfit. Nonetheless, it is the accessories that really enhanced the whole look. The buckle on the belt makes her outfit unique and bold while the layering of her chokers creates a perfect blend of edginess and femininity.
The use of accessories really made this Fashionista’s look her own and is a perfect example of how it is “All in the Details” that really make an outfit come to life.
