For instance, on a rainy day I prefer to wear a bright coral rain jacket as a distraction from the environment. It is my way of shaking my fist toward the sky without looking like a crazy lady. Essentially, whatever color we dip ourselves into immediately impacts how we feel and how we are perceived.

The key to wearing color is confidence! It sounds silly and cliché, but it is true. If you’re not comfortable with what you are wearing it will show. It will show in the way you walk, the way you stand, and the way you communicate with others. However, a good way to weave it into your day-to-day wardrobe is to pick one of your favorite colors and buy an accessory like a bag and make it the pop of color.
