A trend I have been seeing everywhere is distressed clothing. Whether that be jeans, a shirt or jacket, you name it, its been distressed!
With some of these T-shirts being sold for over $100, this Fashionisto found a way to have style without breaking the bank. He DIY’d his shirt by taking scissors and cutting small holes through out the T-shirt and then pulling with his fingers until he got his desired sized holes and overall rugged look. This can be super cheap because all you need is a white T-shirt you probably have lying in your closet and a pair of scissors. You can experiment with it to be completely destroyed or just do a few holes here and there to try the trend, it’s up to you!
This Fashionisto styled his shirt with black biker jeans. The details of the jeans add an interesting texture to the outfit. His pair of black Vans Sk8-Hi make this look more casual. You can easily wear this to class and around campus without looking too dressy. As for accessories, he wears a black hat, a gold ring and silver watch. The ring and watch are a perfect touch of bling while the black hat keeps to the streetwear vibe.
If you want to be daring, switch the denim jeans for leather ones and change the shoes to boots and you have an unexpected but amazing outfit for fall. Overall, this look is versatile, on-trend and with the DIY element it’s something anyone can try out.
