Lately, I have been really into hats; whether its a beanie, baseball hat or floppy hat. They are perfect for second day hair or when you need something extra to make an outfit pop. Hats are the perfect accessory for campus.
This Fashionista is wearing a hat that has been the newest trend on campus here at Iowa State University this fall, Love Your Melon. Love Your Melon hats are not only super cute ( I recently purchased one in charcoal for myself), they keep you warm, as well as for every hat purchased one goes to help a child fighting cancer. Seriously, how cool is that? They have baseball hats, beanies and cuffed hats as well as other pieces of clothes. They were founded by two college students and now are run by over 240 universities across the nation by brand ambassadors, who personally get to go deliver the hats to children battling cancer in their area. I think this is such a cool brand!
I am in love with this Fashionista’s forest green beanie. This is the perfect color for fall and reminds me so much of the leaves changing colors. This color could almost be a neutral color it can go with so many different things. Her Free People oatmeal heather sweater looks perfect for an effortless look, not to mention how soft and comfy it looks. Pair it with jeans like she did or leggings for an even more laid-back style. Her accessories were simple, she paired it with a leather banded watch and some more Love Your Melon apparel, bracelets. This is a perfect look for campus this fall/winter.
