Bring on the pumpkin lattes and oversized sweaters because it’s officially fall. Fall is my favorite season, and I look forward to pulling out the thigh high socks and clunky boots every year. However, it seems like New York City hasn’t quite gotten the memo yet. As much as I would love to layer up, I’d rather not get heatstroke.
