I am so grateful to be back in London with all of my British babes for the next term. As I flew over the adorable cottages of the English countryside, my heart filled with excitement. Coming back to my six-person room and walking the chilly streets of London with my friends is so refreshing.
My friends currently living with me come from all over the United States, and they each brought their unique style with them. This Fashionista is from Minnesota, so the rainy and cold weather that London is known for does not faze her. She was ready for the cold.
Her fashion choices clearly reflected her personality and her lifestyle. Instead of wearing plain jeans, she decided to don burgundy pants that keep her comfortable and stylish. She paired her pants with a gray knit and literally tied the look together with a tweed peacoat. As far as accessories go, she opted for a simple over-the-shoulder bag in a neutral black.
Finally, she explored the rain boot departments and chose a unique pair to keep her toes dry. Veering from the Hunter Boots trend, she chose a pair of black rain boots from Tommy Hilfiger that stopped a few inches from her ankles. The laces updated the popular trend and added personality.
