Florida has finally finished its cold spell, and everyone is dressing in bright colors and patterns to celebrate the change of the seasons. In just a matter of days, students went from dark sweaters and toasty boots to turquoise blouses and pink lipstick. Florida weather is lovely most of the time and we take it for granted entirely too often; nevertheless, a cold front that overstayed its welcome is a little reminder to appreciate our southern piece of paradise.
This Fashionista’s attention to detail immediately caught my eye. From her black floppy hat, to her world map watch or her cream, lace wedges, this Fashionista is the definition of ALL IN THE DETAILS. I initially only saw the hat and how well her shoes went with her funky romper, but the hidden accessory of the watch was one of my favorite parts of this look. This patterned romper is such an easy way to look trendy while still staying comfortable. Not to mention, putting on one piece of clothing and still looking put together is such a #LifeHack. Adding accessories that match a patterned get-up is just as simple. Although hats are more often used for disguising a bad hair day, this Fashionista made it an asset to her outfit. I love floppy hats and I think they can really pull an outfit together. It was such a beautiful day and this Fashionista was not about to waste it!
How To: Many people think the focus of an outfit has to be in the accessory or accessories, but a bold, patterned romper is all you need. Accessories are just a cute added bonus. Keep it simple or dress it up, but a romper is a perfect way to create an easy and fashionable look.
