However, making a statement does not always have to be so bold. Sometimes it can be simply stated with just one carefully picked out piece of jewelry. A statement necklace dresses up a basic tee, adds color to an outfit and gives you the power to conquer the day! Okay, it does not really give you powers, but I mean, “look good, feel good” is a great state of mind to be in, right? It is basically like having superpowers. When it comes down to it, statement necklaces are fun and diverse. These necklaces come in all different sizes and designs which means just about everyone can find the necklace that expresses the right statement for their outfit and mood that day.
This beautiful Fashionista took a simple black tank top and paired it with light blue shorts for a hot and sunny day. I love the color of these shorts, but they are not what attracted my attention. What caught my eye was her beautiful statement necklace. This Fashionista chose a short necklace that lay flat on her neck above the neckline of her shirt. This allowed the outfit to stay simple yet be dressier because of the addition of the necklace. Along with her Alex and Ani bracelets that just about every girl is rocking these days, this Fashionista made another statement with her spoon ring, which I fell in love with because it is totally original and so beautiful.
