This Fashionista that I came across is actually a dear friend of mine. Together we studied in London during the summer of 2014. We also work at Anthropologie together and it is not to my surprise to see this Fashionista sporting this bold look.
If you are anything like me I like to switch out my frames like I do my socks. I believe a good pair of eyewear brings a lot character and personality to your face. This Fashionista is wearing her Frameri frames well. Frameri frames—try saying that ten times fast. Although that is the name of the brand. What is so great about them is that she can purchase any frame that is within this collection and can interchange the lenses accordingly. Lenses are usually the most expensive part of getting new glasses, but this Fashionista already has that covered! This gives you the ability to change out those frames as much as you would really like.
The other details included in the Fashionista’s look is how she transitions this fall color into summer. Tying up the bottom of her maxi dress allows her to show off her flats and pairing it with a denim jacket brings a more summer vibe to her look. Did I mention how great Anthropologie is? I mean we both work there. This Fashionista provides even more detail into her outfit with her long necklace and bangles from Anthropologie. Her look is a palette of warm colors brought together with a light-wash denim.
How To:Â A little nervous about making a bold statement with your frames? I find a tortoise print is a more subtle look than a thick black frame. If you are thinking about taking the plunge try a brown frame rather than a straight black.
