I am always arguing with myself about my love/hate relationship with the winter weather. While I would much would love to be on a beach every day of my life, I love the freezing season for one reason—comfortable, chunky sweaters. I love when I see someone in an oversize sweater on campus because it looks like they’re walking around in an adorable and cozy blanket!
This Fashionista looks comfortable while still looking cute going to class! Having an oversize sweater in your wardrobe is always an easy option to turn to if you can’t find anything to wear. Her chunky sweater from Forever 21 is an adorable baby pink which really contrasts from her silver jewelry. The vertical pattern in the sweater also slims and makes sweaters look more flattering rather than bulky. I loved her color scheme and that she mostly stuck to light colors because it made the brown boots and jewelry pop that much more. Her faded light wash jeans from Hollister Co. made the outfit look casual, but not too casual.
Her accessories were my favorite part about this outfit! I loved the long, silver necklace, because the marble piece made it stand out and dressed up the sweater a little bit more. Marble has been one of my favorite trends recently, so I fell in love with her necklace! She also threw on a few Alex and Ani bracelets which are a staple in any Fashionista’s jewelry box. She also kept her head warm and looked cute doing it with her white Love Your Melon hat! The cream-colored hat really contrasted from her red curly hair and made her hair stand out more! This made her look very cute and wintry, and I loved the whole aesthetic of this outfit.
