New England is known for having the most beautiful fall weather, crisp cool air and colorful leaves. The past few weeks, though, we have been having an alarming amount of dreary cold wet days. It’s definitely not ideal. This weather makes you just want to throw on your biggest and most comfortable hoodie for the 8:30 trudge to math class.
In a sea of gray scale hoodies and sweats, this Fashionista definitely stood out. Her perfect mix of comfy yet polished was what caught my eye. She kept with basics, a white T-shirt, torn up boyfriend jeans and layering a cuffed plaid button-down to keep her warm.
The most interesting part of this Fashionista’s outfit? Definitely the RAD accessories she was rocking. For this girl, more is definitely more. She layers multiple rings using a mix of regular ones and midi rings to keep from looking too cluttered. A chunky watch on one wrist was balanced by multiple thin bangles on the other. On her neck, she wore a blue necklace that perfectly accented the thin blue stripes running through her plaid shirt. She was also sporting a very on-trend ear jacket, which helped add a sense of unexpected interest that you wouldn’t get with just any regular stud earring.
How To:Â Don’t be afraid to mix and match colors and metals. More is more this season, and as long as you balance out the look, you can totally rock this trend.
