Now that fall has begun, we can say goodbye to our shorts and tank tops, and say hello to jeans and heavy sweaters. Personally, fall is my favorite season because it’s not too hot and not too cold. I love the feeling of that morning breeze on my walk to class in the morning with a cup of coffee in my hand. Another reason why fall is my favorite season is because there are always so many outfit options when it comes to fall weather. My personal favorite fall outfit is my favorite pair of jeans, a cowl neck sweater and a pair of booties. It’s comfortable, yet also very fashionable and trendy.
In New York, it has actually been cold enough to wear a fall appropriate outfit. This Fashionista is wearing one of her favorite fall outfits. Since it is the beginning of fall it hasn’t been too cold just yet, so wearing multiple layers is always a good idea. This Fashionista chose to wear her favorite pair of jeans with this super cute textured zip up sweater along with a basic T-shirt underneath. She is also wearing a simple pair of flats and is using a basic black tote bag to carry all her school necessities.
One of my favorite parts of this look is the jacket detail. The different texture is what makes this simple look so cool and unique. Here’s a little tip from this Fashionista, if you’re someone like her who likes to wear mostly neutral colors such as black and white, try to add some fun accessories or wear a textured material sweater.This outfit is perfect for this type of weather, but can also be worn in the colder weather as well by swapping out the flats for a pair of boots and adding a jacket and scarf.
