Hello Fashionistas! I absolutely love that the vintage look is back and here to stay for awhile. Mamma always said to never get rid of classic jeans and T-shirts because you never know what will come back in style, and she was so right. I find myself digging in my dad’s closet looking for old vintage T-shirts that he wore in college and using them as a part of my outfits. So here’s a word of advice: when cleaning out your closet, make sure to not get rid of your favorite pieces—even if they go out of style. Most likely, it will come back, and you will have a true vintage piece from your college years!
This Fashionista is not only beautiful on the outside but has a heart of gold! She also has one of the most influential closets at Oklahoma State. I am always going to this babe for fashion advice and digging through her closet for missing statement pieces. She takes current trends and makes them her own, and really has true modern taste. This Fashionista also shares my love for the vintage army girl look. Her amazing jacket has been in her closet for a lifetime. She is finally able to pull it out again and wear it because the army jacket is back, and the patches on them are a big yes! Her necklace, top, and bell-bottom jeans are from Free People. Her shoes are Rebecca Minkoff, and to finish off the look, this Fashionista added everyone’s favorite circle hippie sunnies. To make the perfect vintage outfit a fashion statement, it is for sure all in the details!
