The University of Central Florida has a stylish new boutique on campus that is selling all of the latest fashion trends. Located in the Breezeway, In Style Boutique is as convenient as it gets. The boutique, which is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, opened its doors in October. The boutique is part of an Orlando chain of family-run Hair Salons with the same name. The Avalon and Baldwin Park hair salon locations also have boutiques inside. The UCF In Style is the first location to be a pure boutique; however, this new location does offer eyebrow threading. In Style Boutique sells fair priced fashion and accessories and has new arrivals coming in each week. If you love cute necklaces and chic clothing, this boutique is for you.

CollegeFashionista: Why do you think it’s a good idea to have a boutique on campus?
Alex Gibbons: It offers students without cars a place to buy clothes and keeps everyone stylish.
CF: Do you guys have any sales or special events?
AG: Many students don’t know that we accept Knight Cash. We always have a sale rack of clothes that is up to 70 percent off. We have a special where if you buy 75 dollars worth of merchandise you get a ticket for a free eyebrow threading. Also, if you take an Instagram picture in our clothes and tag In Style, you will receive five percent off your total purchase.
CF: What trends are you looking forward to this season?
AG: I’m looking forward to the cold weather stopping so I can wear shorts. My manager does the buying and she is very up-to-date with trends. There’s always new merchandise in the store.
CF: What kind message do you want In Style to send to students and why should they shop there?
AG: Personally, I think just because college students are on a budget doesn’t mean they can’t have nice, quality clothing. These clothes are going to last a long time. We are here for students and we have cute clothes, who doesn’t like cute clothes?
