At Twice the Diva, “Fabulous savings, fabulous finds” is the motto, and it sums up the boutique perfectly. Its easy-access location in the heart of North Attleboro and its dazzling window displays create a fabulous store atmosphere. The boutique specializes in new or gently worn women’s clothing including maternity, plus size, teen and petite sizes. You never know what you’ll find on consignment, from a Michel Kors handbag to Chanel shoes. My favorite thing about the boutique is how you can find everything you need to complete a look all in once place. Items are arranged by color and size, so you are sure to find exactly what you are looking for with one easy store swoop. Talk about fabulous finds! Luckily, I was able to catch up with the manager to discuss her brilliant boutique.

CollegeFashionista: What sets Twice the Diva apart from other consignment shops in the surrounding area?
Maureen MacKinnon: Three things come to mind…quality, savings and customer service. Our stock is filled with a wide variety of styles and sizes, and we strive to have the best quality of items at low and affordable prices. While experiencing a clean and organized boutique feel, our goal is to have our customers leave with a happy shopping experience and loving their fabulous finds.
CF: What do you love most about owning your own store?
MM: Being able to offer a place where anyone can come in and be able to shop for items no matter what their budget is. I also love being able to meet all the wonderful people that have come in. On a personal level, being my own boss helps me be available to my family when they need me.
CF: What trends are you looking forward to consigning this upcoming spring season?
MM: Well, our spring and summer season begins February 1st, so items that say ‘warm weather’ are welcomed. But more specifically, we look forward to having many items that will be in this year’s spring and summer trends: one-shoulder tops and dresses, wide leg crop pants, gingham print, bucket totes and statement jewelry. We are always placing hundreds of new items out on our sales floor on a daily and weekly basis.
CF: What has been your favorite item to come through the store that you couldn’t BELIEVE someone gave up?
MM: It’s hard to pick just one. There have been many pieces of clothing, handbags and jewelry that I have drooled over. But if I had to pick, it would currently be a CAbi sweater that I love and wear often. Though there is also this spoon ring that I absolutely love and bought on the spot because I couldn’t risk the thought of it selling to someone else.
