When I'm not being a style guru-I'm QB1-number one on the field AND in the fashion game. A football fan and fashion fanatic, I am currently a junior at the University of Minnesota majoring in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communications in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications with a minor in Retail Merchandising from the School of Design. Early on, the Olsen twins and -who didn’t go through an Avril Lavigne phase? -Yes I was a SK8R Boy-inspired my fashion but now that I’m a college student, I get most of my inspiration for what to wear to class from my sorority sisters and the ever-famous Kendall Jenner. (Seriously, if you don’t follow her, you need to because she’s got Victoria’s Secret Angel status now.) My biggest fashion dilemma was when I bought a multicolored glittery Kate Spade clutch and didn’t know how to pair it with my swimsuit for a lakeside dinner, luckily, the best fashion advice I’ve ever gotten came from my sorority sister who told me that if “something doesn’t go with anything, you wear it with everything.” My favorite trends right now are high waisted black skinny jeans that are ripped only at the knees because you can wear them to class and out on the weekends while still being fashion forward either way and Céline purses. I love old country music like Johnny Cash and George Strait and have been a writer since I was little. I have always aspired to be a part of the fashion world. I have a sporty casual style for class and on the weekends my fashion gets full on flirty! After college, it’s my dream to be living in an apartment in upstate New York working in the Public Relations or Merchandising field.
