Hanna Doerbeck

My name is Hanna, and I am currently a Retail Management major, with a minor in Apparel Design and Manufacturing at Texas Tech University (Wreck Em!!) I have always had an interest in fashion since I was a toddler, and am finally old enough to finally do all of the things I've always wanted to do! I have always told myself that if I could find any job in the fashion industry, I would have a happy life. Because of this, I find myself dipping my toes in ever aspect of the industry as possible. I majored in fashion design for one year, and am now switching to the merchandising route because it gives me more experience with different aspects of the industry. I am signed with a modeling agency, where I learn about styling and buying, and have met many wonderful people with a passion for creativity. Within a year, I have learned how to construct garments, make my own patterns, differentiate textiles, and even predict trends! It's amazing to me how much I have gained within my first year of college, and am anxious to keep learning more and more!
