McKenna Moorhead

OMG HEY! My name is McKenna Moorhead and I am a sophomore at Auburn University studying apparel merchandising! I am beyond excited to be writing for College Fashionista this summer, and to be able to share my greatest passion (FASHION) with y’all! I have always been overly obsessed with styling outfits, shopping (duh), and helping my friends look as fashion forward as possible. You could say I’ve become a fashion critique, considering that I’m constantly envying peoples styles, or seeing an outfit on someone and in my head trying to think of ways I could make it even better! The world is my personal runway, and I take advantage of every second of that! Whenever I’m told by someone “only you could pull that off” or “thats too crazy for me”, I am immediately peeved. If you like something, always wear it, don’t worry about the rules and just have fun with your clothes… make them your own! Since the summertime is officially upon us I'm shedding my winter layers and wearing the minimal amount of clothing in order to stay cool. It’s hard to look cute in the heat, constantly sweating, and most likely living in your bikini. Whether it’s a cute bodysuit with some fun jean shorts just to run around in, or an airy dress to throw on for dinner, I’m trying to do summer in the most fashionable way possible. By throwing on little earrings, and always having your dainty chokers on, no matter what you are wearing you will still have some fun accessories to make your outfit all come together.
