With the holiday season in our midst it seems as though we have a million different things to think about. I love the holidays for a number of reasons, and anyone who knows me well enough knows that I start listening to Christmas music in September and start stringing lights in October.
The reason that the holidays are so special to me is that I get to spend it with the people I love most. The holidays are a perfect time for trying new trends and taking fashion risks because you can try things out around your family who will always share their opinion, but will also give you the confidence to wear it elsewhere.
This Fashionista tried out a berry-colored lip and absolutely rocked it. This lipstick is a great fall color and the perfect color to rock around the holidays. Lipstick is such an underrated accessory that can really play up a look.
This Fashonista went with neutral colors for the rest of the outfit, pairing this white boho-looking dress with a big, cozy cardigan. She kept things interesting while sticking with the bohemian theme with her light brown combat boots and over-the-knee stockings. To complete the outfit she added some fun accessories like her tortoise shell mirrored sunnies, and her simple gold necklace.
I love this look because each piece of her outfit is very simple, but paired together they make a cozy and cute combination. The simpleness of her clothes let her accessories do the talking and bring more of a focus to the details like her lip color.
