Makeup is a true passion of mine and the best thing about it is that there are so many options to choose from, just like clothes. Summer is the perfect time to be playing around and trying new things with your makeup for many reasons. For starters, you probably have more time to be experimenting with makeup. Secondly, you maybe even a job to pay for these habits. Finally, summer and bright colors just go hand in hand. Summer is the time to break out your bright eyeshadows, lipsticks and nail polishes, ladies!
This Fashionista rocked purple eyeshadow on this hot day. I love this because I think that light purple looks great on brown eyes. This Fashionista made the purple really vivid with the use of an eye primer. This will make her eyeshadow stay on all day until she changes it for the night. This Fashionista just applied the eyeshadow all over lid and did not use a crease color or anything. To make the look more dramatic, you could add a black or darker crease color.
Another makeup aspect I love about this Fashionista’s look is that she is super tan! Obviously, it’s summertime and girls want to be more tan or at least look like they are. To achieve a glowing face, this Fashionista wore bronzer to help with her face tan. Most people have a harder time making their faces and chests as dark as the rest of their body. Bronzer is definitely the solution to that problem!
Lastly, this Fashionista finishes off her look with a pink lip gloss. I think that a subtle lip looks good with the purple eyeshadow. This will draw more attention to her eyes.
