If there is one trend I am absolutely loving right now, it is bold makeup. I feel like everywhere I go, I am seeing women rock bright lips and crazy long lashes, and don’t even get me started with the brows. We see our favorite celebrities doing the same, and we just follow suit. I mean, let’s be honest, it’s Kylie Jenner’s world, and we’re all just living in it. Women everywhere are not afraid to take risks with their makeup choices, and I think it is so inspiring. I think to so many women makeup is an art, and it truly shows when that is the case.
I had to find a way to tell this Fashionista that she looked like a cartoon in the nicest way possible because that is exactly how I meant it. Her strikingly huge and beautiful eyes popped even more with her winged eyeliner, long lashes, and drawn out brows. I think we can all agree that the lips are what sealed the deal though. The bright purple color is straight out of a cartoon, and she wore that color with so much confidence.
As if her beautiful face of makeup was not enough, she pulled the whole look together with the perfect outfit. I especially loved the pairing of the vintage floral in her heels with the leather of her jacket. I love any type of contrast with modern and vintage; she did it just right.
