Spring is here and as summer approaches so does warm weather. We definitely want to be outside more! But with warm weather comes sweat, and we don’t want to have our makeup melting off our faces. We want to have fun in the sun, but still keep our look cool and natural. While roaming around campus on a very cloudy day I found this Fashionista keeping her look cool, fun and summer-inspired despite the rainy weather. This Fashionista paired a fun spring aztec print blouse with a white knit cardigan with a fun knit pattern on the back. Jeans and sandals with gold studs keep this look weather appropriate but still spring. Her makeup is the center of her look; she took a very neutral look and made it spring chic. She wears a soft brown neutral eye look and made it pop with some electric blue gel liner. To focus on the eyeliner she kept the rest of her look very natural by just some foundation and light bronzing. With the minimal makeup she still looks fresh and put together but she wont have to worry about it melting off as she goes through out her day. This look can go from class, or lunch with the gals or to a night out with your significant other.
What’s on the BEAUTY BAR: To recreate this look you just need some basic foundation or even a BB or CC cream. Add some light setting powder to keep everything in place. Adding some bronzer gives you a good glow. For the eyes, add a soft brown in the crease for definition then a light brown on the lid. Then for the pop of color with the liner you can either use a bold blue like our Fashionista, or a bold pink or purple would also be fun!
