Spring has never let me down when it comes to style trends. The season always offers up some of my favorite looks. There’s always the classic floral print, which always brings someone to say that one quote from The Devil Wears Prada—you know the one—and bright colors and pastel shades will never go out of style during this season. However, I beg you to look for a new trend this season, this time in the beauty department. Spring is all about new starts and with the sun finally starting to emerge, the last thing I want to do is pile on the makeup.
This season, I predict the fresh face, or natural look, will be one of the top beauty trends. It’s a classic look that can be used to give off a “no-makeup” vibe, but still look flawless. This Fashionista had the ultimate natural glow about her that she seemed to radiate happiness. She accentuates her brilliant smile with dewy skin and an all over glow that looks effortlessly beautiful.
I caught this Fashionista taking graduation photos, so she was a little more dressed up than she typically would be on an average day. However, I adore her all-white look, and think it pairs marvelously with this natural makeup. Her white dress, white heels, and silver watch add an element of class and sophistication and seem to add her overall radiance.
I love the all-white look, even though it might not be practical for all occasions. As I said, this season is all about starting anew, and what screams ‘fresh start’ than an all-white look and a barely there makeup look? These two trends will definitely be making their way into my routine this spring!
