Fall is finally here! It’s everyone’s favorite time of the year. The perfect temperature, pumpkins, big sweaters, hot chocolate and, of course, the beautiful colors of the leaves changing. Colors such as cranberry, brown, purple, yellow and orange are basic colors that come to mind when one thinks of fall. During this season, you don’t need to worry about your makeup melting off in the heat and you can experiment with a bunch of different colors and styles.
This Fashionista does just that as she incorporates fall colors into her daily makeup routine. She uses L’Oréal True Match mineral powder foundation as a base to cover any blemishes and to even out her skin tone. Next, with her Naked pallet, she uses the color “buck” to fill in her eyebrows, giving them a more defined, thick look that complements her face. She then uses a black eyeliner to outline her eyes and then jumps right into applying eyeshadow. This Fashionista uses colors such as “toasted,” “hustle” and “sidecar”—these colors are inspired by fall and are the perfect combination to make her green eyes pop! She adds a layer of L’Oreal Telescopic mascara, which takes her eye lashes to another level. Finally, she saves the best for last: lipstick. She opts for a warm color, applying her NARS “scarlet empress” lipstick to her lips in order to tie the whole look together.
This Fashionista’s trick to great makeup is clean lines. Applying makeup can be messy at times, so make sure to clean any makeup that smudges underneath the eyes. This also applies to lipstick. Having clean lines will always make your best features stand out!
