For starters, the Naked Smoky Palette was used to create the smoky eye and was paired up with a Stila black eyeliner to bring in the full effect. This eyeshadow will pair perfectly with your favorite mascara, whether it’s COVERGIRL or Maybelline. Using a L’Oréal matte foundation gave this Fashionista a smooth base that blended with a complementary NARS blush. Lastly, she tied it all together with a gorgeous shade of Kat Von D lipstick.
