Even though they have hairstylists to help, this half bun is much simpler than you think and can be done right at home.
Whether you are in the mood to go on a lunch date with an old friend or just go out for ice cream on a warm summer day, this look can be done in less than five minutes. This look is meant to look messy and many prefer to refer to the quote “I woke up like this.” First, start off by sectioning your hair right above your ears and by pulling your hair up you can decide whether or not you want to use your fingers or a comb. Many prefer using their fingers to pull off the unfinished, natural look. Lastly, start making a bun and to secure it, make sure to bobby pin the bun into place or use one of your hair ties to make sure it does not fall. Once you’re done, just make sure you use hair spray to make the look last all day. Easier than a sock bun, don’t you think?
