This Topshop black and white dress and Birkenstock-style buckled sandals helped this Fashionista beat the heat while still looking chic. That precise combination is ideal for a long day amidst the heat wave taking over the city, making her feel comfortable without having to sacrifice any of the “fabulous”.

Additionally, I must admit that I am a total sucker for black, white, and gold any day; another reason why I gravitated towards this particular look.
