Getting our butts to the gym, yoga mat, running trail or intramural game can be a challenge. When school schedules get busy, the thought of spending spare time on “exercise” isn’t nearly as nice as the thought of “pizza and Netflix”.
I had a personal epiphany (not exaggerating) the day I realized how much more comfortable my adidas Superstars were to work out in than the typical running shoe I had opted for in the past. These ridiculously cute AND comfortable sneakers have become my favorite “must-have” when it comes to hitting the gym.
Whether it is sneakers, a water bottle, a cool baseball hat or that post-workout recovery snack, motivation is everywhere. Check out these pictures to see how Style Gurus get in the health and fitness mood.
