Utilize Every Nook and Cranny for Storage

Are you living in a tight space? Use under-bed boxes instead of a bulky dresser. These will double the size of your room and are great to store larger items in—like sweaters, flannels, and jackets.

Use Hung Accessories as Wall Décor

Instead of tucking away your accessories, use them to decorate a blank space. Not only does hanging your hats, scarves, and necklaces allow you to put all of your options on display, but it also gives your room a cool aesthetic and a personal touch. You can buy fun, decorative hooks to match your style or use command hooks if you’re living in a dorm.

Use a Garment Rack to Double Your Closet

If you are currently displaying your clothes on a chair you never sit in, this is the perfect closet solution for you. In addition to being visually appealing, a garment rack can hold your favorite items and put them on display.

Add Drawers or Shelves for Multi-Use Storage

Shelving units with storage can be a great way to stock items such as socks, bralettes, and even hair tools. Adding drawers to a shelf you already have helps keep everything organized while also looking cool. There are tons of styles of these pull-out drawers, so matching them to your personal taste is easy.

Have Baskets on Hand for Odds and Ends

For anything in your room that doesn’t have a designated place, try placing them in a basket. This will assist in keeping your space clutter-free in a tasteful fashion. Baskets are also a great solution for storing extra blankets, towels, tapestries—you name it!
