We spend so much time thinking about what we eat—or rather what we shouldn’t eat. We sub salad for fries and a little part of us dies inside (while also gets healthier, apparently).
Today, forget the words “diet,” “carb,” “gluten” or “sugar” even exist because it is “National Eat What You Want Day.” (Trust us—it’s a thing.)
Think of it as the ultimate cheat day. Bake cookies AND brownies for your roommates. Don’t think twice about that third slice of pizza. Have dessert before dinner. Heck, have dessert for dinner. Be a glutton for gluten. Go HAM on ham all in the name of celebrating what is sure to be our favorite national holiday.
