It’s finally summer in the Pacific Northwest! Although Oregon State University does not end the school year until mid-June, the summer weather and mindsets have most definitely arrived. Students are coming up with any excuse to soak up the sunshine or float down the river. Staying cool is sometimes a challenge during the school week. Thankfully, there are some new trends to keep us cool and our styles hot, one of my favorites being jumpsuits.
This Fashionista’s wide-leg jumpsuit is stunning. The lightweight fabric and cropped legs allow her to stay cool and comfortable in the hot summer air. The fabric hugs her at the waist, creating a very flattering hourglass shape while staying breathable. This jumpsuit can also be worn as a cover-up over a swimsuit when heading to the river or the beach.
A jumpsuit might be a bolder fashion choice for many of us. But this Fashionista proves that it’s easy to rock with the right accessories and confidence. Combined with brown, leather, slip-on sandals, this Fashionista creates a perfect summertime beach look. The flat sandals also provide comfort for running around all day. To accessorize, she sports a statement choker and a fun crossbody purse. The purse is decorated with tassels and gems, which adds a fun pop of color and character to the outfit.
The beauty look this Fashionista went for is one of my favorite parts. Her nails are a stellar bright red and her sun-kissed face has a natural glow. She looks ready for anything, especially summer!
