Everything is about balance, including fashion. One of my favorite things is to dress down an outfit, finding a balance between classy and casual. This Fashionisto uses an ensemble of mainly black to classy up his outfit, but manages to still stay casual by pairing it with sneakers and a denim T-shirt.
Black on black on black with a denim T-shirt allows this Fashionisto to have a casual yet chic vibe. He elevates his style with black jeans, rather than typical denim, giving the outfit more class, but also allowing it to be more casual by cuffing the ankles. The denim T-shirt provides a great contrast without juxtaposition as great as black and white. Under his denim shirt, the Fashionisto layered a black hoodie, with an emphasized almost cowl neck like detail. He cuffs the sweatshirt sleeves over the bottom of his denim top, pairing a silver watch with the outfit to continue with the classy vibe, but also adding a rubber bracelet to keep it casual. He finishes the look with an athleisure feel, adding Adidas sneakers that are jet black.
This outfit has many layers, details, and few colors. Because of how diverse his look is, this Fashionista is able to bring a more elevated sense of style to the look. You can never go wrong with all black, especially when adding a pop of color. Playing off of vibes from different pieces allows you to build a unique style each day, which is something that I personally enjoy.
