On these October days, the weather is always changing from blistering heat to cool with a good deal of wind. Making your outfit work for any possible weather can be extremely difficult. However, this Fashionista did a sensational job blending the two seasons so she is always dressed appropriately. She is never too warm or cold.
I was walking out of class when I spotted this Fashionista across the way and instantly knew she was a trendsetter. From the top of her beautiful braids to her lace up platform booties she is unabashedly fresh and different. The outfit is very romantic in it’s soft fabrics and subtle curves with a touch of edginess. On the summer appropriate side of her outfit, we have the short dress that comes just above the middle of her thigh. The long maroon knit cardigan adds extra warmth to her outfit in case there is a chill in the air. Her booties have a high platform heel which lengthens her leg line making her look tall and lean.
What makes this Fashionista’s outfit sublime is the way she accessorizes. The big, gold tiered statement necklace ties the outfit together and shows her bold personality. Her braids are one aspect of the outfit that makes her stand out with the mix of colors. Having gold in her braids mixed with the gold in the statement necklace is rather complementary. The final accessory that adds to her outfit is her white classic glasses which are cute in addition to functional!
