With spring in the air we can finally put away our dull and boring winter clothes and bring out some fun and flirty patterns! This spring I dare you to try out a fairly new and stylish trend: animal prints. There are many different kinds of prints including zebra, leopard, cheetah, tiger and more that you can wear and pair clothes with to appeal to your own unique taste.
This week I spotted a Fashionista rocking this trend with a giraffe patterned dress. She paired it with a tan cardigan and brown leather pumps. She made her overall outfit match well together: the cardigan pairing with the background color of her dress and her brown collar with her leather shoes.
What I loved most about this outfit was the color of her animal print. The gold in the giraffe pattern stood out against the brownish-green grass and cloudy sky. I’m all for bright colors so I can’t wait for even warmer weather when everyone starts wearing brighter colors.
Lastly, remember animal patterns are not always printed on clothes, but can be found as fur garments as well. You can find this pattern on jackets, skirts, shoes, coats or even as a purse. So try it out yourself—make it unique and pair it with all your favorite accessories.
