Spring semester has just begun and I know our Fashionistas are anxious for spring fashion. Some early spring trends include cool colored slacks, furry sweaters and vibrant lipstick. Of course we can keep going for days with trends for early spring wear, but beware Fashionistas, early spring wear is not the same as winter style. Some winter trends include the long coat, ankle boots and oversized scarfs. Make sure you are always dressing for your season and staying up to date.
They say everyone looks good in black, this Fashionista sure does with her layers of black. While this Fashionista was on her way in for a cup of coffee she wore an all black ensemble but accented it with an olive green layered jacket. This touch of color adds depth to her look instead of all black. With this added layer you can see more of her figure. It is easy to get lost in all black and it is not always attention grabbing. Follow the example of this Fashionista and try adding a touch of color. You can do this by doing a color lipstick, a colorful shoe or a cool patterned belt. Express your inner Fashionista!
What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “I personally like winter style better, so I would have to say go with a cool scarf. I love infinity scarves that keep me warm and look good. I think everyone should have one.”
