Midterms—it is that time of year again when we are all pinned to our laptops with piles of papers on our desk, staring at the time. However, let’s look at the bright side; a well deserved spring break is just around the corner. Many people may visit Miami or California, where the beach and warm weather call. For those who desire to travel to cozier settings like a cabin, where the walls are made up of wooden logs, you’re in luck! I spotted a Fashionista sporting a perfect cabin-chic look.
While we are well on our way towards spring, throughout the past few weeks I have noticed people adding brighter colors to their outfits. However, this Fashionista is rocking autumn tones in the middle of winter. When I was walking by, my eyes immediately noticed her plaid jacket. It made me want to snuggle up with a cup of hot tea. I loved her oversized sweater with the fuzzy scarf and the way she cuffed her jeans. These articles of clothing are meant to make one feel safe and cocooned. I thought this Fashionista was pretty rad to sport autumn colors this time of year.
This may sound surprising, but I’ve never been camping or stayed at a cabin before. Now, looking back, I actually regret not attending my senior trip in high school. I’ve always wanted to wear all those oversized knitted sweaters and sing at the campfire while roasting marshmallows. Hopefully, maybe this spring break, I can fulfill that wish.
