Though it is technically spring, it just wouldn’t be Oregon without a little on and off again drizzle. Waking up to the sun only to see clouds slowly darken the sky until the sun disappears can be a little disheartening at times, but this Fashionista was not phased one bit by the weather when I stopped her on the way to get some insight on her stylish look.
This Fashionista chose a white and navy patterned bohemian dress that she picked out at PacSun to get things going. PacSun is definitely the right place to find that textbook sundress, from shift dresses to maxi dresses they have it all, and with variety along with value. To protect herself from the rain she added her Gap olive military jacket to the outfit, a rock-solid piece to any outfit or closet.
She put on a pair of Steve Madden chestnut lace-up ankle booties, adding style and charm to the outfit. The shoes have a white floral lace print which adds flare to the booties and also complements them perfectly. Hold on, how can we forget her stylish wide framed Ray-Ban reading glasses? Who says glasses can’t be a stylish accessory to top off an outfit? Not me!
This Fashionista kept her outfit unpretentious but perfect for this confusing but normal Oregon spring, a little rain mixed in with a little sun. If the sun does suddenly miraculously jump out from behind the clouds and start to shine, all this Fashionista has to do is to simply remove her jacket and trade out it to a light cardigan. Sundresses are commonly complemented by all different types of jackets, military jacket, cardigans or even the classic denim jacket are just a few worth trying. It’s good to have options.
