It is a well-known fact that summertime always calls for less clothing. With the heat, who could blame us? It almost makes you miss those cozy, fall layers. However, class should never be compromised, not even under the scorching rays of the summer sun.
I’m currently obsessed with flowing, fluttery shirts, so this Fashionista really caught my eye. The sleeves of her blouse are breezy so you can be comfortable indoors or outdoors. The popping sunflower yellow makes the top perfect for summer style and it complements her look in a way that makes her outfit look both lightweight and charming.
The shirt is also embroidered with cute, silver buttons down the front of the top which brings out her shimmery silver eyeshadow and earrings. The red is a nice detail that makes her look pop and contrast with her colored top. I love how this Fashionista paired a top that stands out with neutral tones like black, beige and tan. The handbag can be a make-or-break accessory, but her tan and black KORS Michael Kors tote bag reiterates her classy persona and makes it whole.
Finally, we have her adorable watch and leather skirt. Now, I’m usually not a fan of wearing leather in the summer, but she pulled it off effortlessly. Her strappy leather heels match well with the leather pencil skirt and bring out the leather theme going on with the watch and tote as well.
