Although 80-degree weather has found its way back multiple times over the past month, I think we can all agree that we are ready for fall. The crisp air and crunchy leaves seem to bring a sense of calmness, as well as urgency to buy the newest fall trends. One trend that I have been loving for this fall is suede.
Suede is the perfect because it stands out without the commotion. It can make you feel like a decadent cowgirl or a retro movie star. The fabric suits fall weather flawlessly with its flowy and lightweight feel. It’s especially a hit this year when you combine it with either a ’70s, ’90s or today’s type of vibe. Either way, trying out suede this season is a must.
So how exactly does one put together a suede look? This Fashionista chose a tan suede skirt with modern laser cutouts on the bottom. She paired her skirt with a flowy and feminine white tank top with a sexy open back. I’m always a fan of chunky scarves and this one does not disappoint. This Fashionista continues the look with the perfect felt hat, which has seemingly found a permanent spot in my fall wardrobe. Fall is also the perfect time to show off new booties and wedges. She finishes the ensemble off with some simple gold jewelry.
What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “Even as the weather cools off, always try and add a pop of color to your fall outfit. It’s hard for me to not wear black all the time in the colder season but I always try for some color!”
