It’s that time of the year again Fashionistas/os! The beginning of a new school year is upon us, which marks a fresh start along with openness to new opportunities. Although, this also means new responsibilities. The start of a new semester can be hectic with back to school shopping, scheduling last minute classes and locking down a good internship. However, don’t let the chaos of a new school year stop you from expressing your style.
Here in Philadelphia we start school towards the end of August. The days are long and the weather is hot, which means we are still showing off our summer style. This feminine dress is an example of the prefect piece I would wear back to school. It stands out to me because of the beautiful embroidered pastel floral pattern all over it. This particular feature is a trend that is never going out of style. Floral is definitely a summer go-to.

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “Sometimes, to add a little fun into your day, you have to add a splash of color to lighten things up. Make a school day more vibrant with what you wear. It doesn’t have to be complicated; you could wear something as simple as your favorite dress and some Converse. Looking good and being comfy translates into feeling good.”
