If you are spending your summer in Texas like me, 104 degrees is an average day. Pants are just too hot, shorts are a must and trying to look good with the heat is a challenge. A style that has been around and managed to stick is printed shorts. While we all love our denim cut-offs sometimes we like to spice things up a bit with a good pair of printed shorts which can be a great statement piece!

To add to the ensemble, this Fashionista matched her shorts with a Free People Honey Textured Tube top. She accessorized the outfit first with an oversized pair of round sunglasses as these are great to block out the blasting summer sun. She wore a little Texas around her neck to have a little piece of home with her at all times. She finished off with a pair of tan sandals with a shiny gold accent. This Fashionista didn’t stop there as the beauty of this whole look topped it off and she rocked a playful lip with white toe polish.
