This Fashionista is rocking a fabulous floral kimono that is a perfect summer piece and creates a fabulous summer look. Paired with a classic pair of ripped light wash boyfriend jeans, her look is hip and fashion-forward. She balances the dark colors of her top and kimono with her light wash jeans to create a dimensional array of colors in her look.
When thinking of the origin of this trend, any Fashionista automatically relates it to the original creation known as a Chinese undergarment. Although kimonos have made quite the transition in their shapes, lengths, colors and details, they have stuck around in the fashion world for quite some time. To me they carry a sense of elegance and taste because of their strength in the history of fashion.
An accessory added to this look that is one of my favorites is this Fashionista’s adorable lace headband. She places it perfectly in her hair while pulling it back into a bun for comfort, convenience and of course to add style.
