Spring is finally here, however, the weather is still a bit chilly. When you think of spring, you might think of colorful clothing and sandals, but when I spotted this Fashionista, she was wearing high boots and neutral colors. This attracted me so much that I had to ask her to be featured in this article.
She was wearing an ivory turtle neck with really cute white shorts. I would have never thought of paring the two together because they are so different. They’re the opposite of each other! However, they looked awesome together. I also love that she chose brown high boots for shoes. They definitely made the outfit stand out. Because it’s still a little cold outside, she wore a dark gray coat with hood over her turtleneck. This gray coat is a perfect piece to finish off this look.
I love this outfit so much because it is so different from any spring outfits I have ever seen. It is a perfect transition from winter to spring outfit! I just love the mixing and matching of different pieces of clothing that she chose. This changed my whole perspective of a spring outfit. I have been obsessed with neutral colors lately too, so this outfit definitely gave me ideas for my spring outfits! Not that I don’t love colorful clothes, but it’s good to be different, too. I cannot wait for it to be warmer so I can finally dress in my spring gear in neutral colors.
What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “Just wear whatever you feel confident in, I personally like wearing clothes that have personality, [but are] simple. I don’t like clothes that are too girly, but I really like mixing different styles together!”
