This week when walking to class, I saw this Fashionista and absolutely fell in love with her outfit. Waking up for 9:00 a.m. classes can be difficult, especially when you want to look cute. A lot of people can struggle with a comfortable and cute outfit while still getting ready quickly for class. I love how simple this outfit is. It’s still super humid and hot in Louisiana so I love how she has incorporated summer and fall into her outfit. The T-shirt, shorts and sandals scream summer but the color of her shirt screams fall.
Her army green shirt definitely was the statement of this outfit. At New York Fashion Week, olive and army green were some of the top 10 colors according to Pantone.com. This Fashionista definitely was ahead of the curve on this color choice. I asked her where she got her shirt and discovered she distressed a plain green T-shirt herself. I love her sandals and I really think they added to the casual look while still being super comfortable for walking around to get to class. She had minimal jewelry on, but her bracelets added an extra little bit of style to her outfit.
This outfit as a whole is really perfect for any college girl. You can even just switch the shorts out for a nice pair of jeans and the sandals for some cute combat boots to make it perfect for when the weather cools off.
