This Fashionisto looks so polished and put together. He does this through the addition of his watch. His watch is both trendy and functional and ties his outfit together by matching his shoes. It’s not as easy to remember to wear one in our high-tech lifestyle, so putting a watch on becomes a conscious style choice. I say it makes the outfit, but that’s just me.
His dark wash jeans act as the perfect backdrop because their simplicity doesn’t draw from the casual cool of his detailed sweater. I love the stripe along the inside of the collar; the solid red and the speckled blue contrast in both form and color, which is why he doesn’t need anything else to make his outfit stand out as a complete look. His desert boots complement the style of his sweater nicely, but more importantly, they match well with his watch so they can work as a team.
Even though you can’t probably tell from the photos, this Fashionisto’s hair is wet. He got out of the shower, got dressed and managed to leave the house before it dried. What I’m trying to say here is that it didn’t take that much time out of his day for him to pull together some well thought out, key items in an enviable fashion. The only issue I see here is that he has no excuse for losing track of time and being late to class (other than me stopping him for photos!) because he’s wearing a watch.
