STYLE ADVICE: Spring into Men's Fashion

Alright Fashionistos, this one is for you. If you’re looking for some spring fashion tips, I’ve got you covered.

No matter what your own specific style may be, spring can be a tricky time for outfits for anyone. With varying temperature and not being sure if it’s too soon for sandals or too late for coats, there is a lot of gray area. If you are a guy attending a university that is in the Midwest like this Fashionisto is, then here are some spring tips for you!

Ripped jeans are in, for everyone, and I highly recommend giving them a try. They offer enough warmth for those spring time breezes, while still remaining trendy with a rip at the knee. Pair your pants with a cool graphic T-shirt for comfort and style. This Fashionisto opted for a classic Calvin Klein T-shirt that never goes out of style. For a little added warmth and coverage he added a neutral colored flannel that ties the outfit together. This is beneficial because if it is a chilly day the flannel will keep him warm and if he ends up getting hot it is easy to take off and tie around his waist. Layers are everything people, don’t forget that! If you happen to live in a cooler climate, a bomber jacket would look great with this outfit as well and that would provide a little extra coverage, and if you live in a warmer climate feel free to opt out on the layer all together. For footwear, late February to early March is still a little too chill for us to totally break out the sandals so this outfit works perfectly with your favorite type of sneaker or slip-on. This is just one great look for the spring to come and I hope it inspires you to find your springtime groove.
