It feels as though every time I go to choose an outfit lately, I have one goal in mind: warmth. I have a zero tolerance policy for goose bumps and I will go to extreme lengths to avoid feeling frostbitten. Leggings will without a doubt be under my jeans and not one sweater will be worn without another layer under it. It can often feel as though clothing choices can be limited in these frigid temperatures but in weather like this, turtlenecks finally get their time to shine.
