Hello everyone! My name is Jen Antill. I am a senior at The Ohio State University. I am finishing up my last semester studies for my marketing major and fashion and retail studies minor. This is my second semester as a Style Guru for CollegeFashionista, and I couldn’t be more excited to spend my last semester focusing on what I love the most, which is fashion!
Fashion has always been an important part of my life. When I think of fashion, I don’t just think of the outfits and the jewelry. I think of the way that it makes me feel. Even if I am having a horrible day, I know that if I can get myself to put on a killer outfit, the day will not feel as bad. Fashion not only portrays beauty, but it also has the ability to bring out self-confidence. I haven’t always had a sense of confidence, but I can definitely say that fashion has really helped my self-confidence grow immensely.
For this look, I took a simple black bodysuit and paired it with my favorite pair of Zara jeans. I paired this outfit with a white fur vest in order to add a more chic look. To add some more color, I chose to wear my absolute favorite pair of burgundy heels from Saks Fifth Avenue. I just love the look of these shoes, and I always love to add a pop of color to my outfits. To finish off, I added a plain black and a jeweled gold choker to, again, make the look more chic and accessorized.
