My name is Alannah Stewart and I’m a third year student at the University of South Florida. I can most often be found either working my retail job at Tilly’s (HELLO cute clothes!), exploring the city of Tampa with friends or relaxing poolside with my boyfriend. Having been born in Germany, as well as having lived in Russia for two years and traveled to more than nine different countries, my style inspiration comes from all areas of life and the world surrounding me.
The different facets to my personality exemplify themselves in the expression of my everyday style. I like to look at each day as an opportunity to create outfits that are both comfortable and have lasting impressions on my peers, creating an image of a fashionable force to be reckoned with. Being that I’m both a food and coffee enthusiast, I enjoy spending my off days trying new restaurants and cafés; in the back of my mind forever searching for the perfect Cuban sandwich (to all my Tampa people: suggestions please!). As an appreciator of all art forms, one of my favorites would have to be photography; I enjoy capturing moments of my life to reflect on later. The source of many of my clothing hauls seems to come from Tilly’s, as well as from thrift stores like Goodwill and Salvation Army USA, because I get satisfaction in mixing older pieces many others don’t have, into the inventory of my clothes that others can easily buy, thus creating a unique outfit and adapting it to fit my overall style.
I’m looking forward to documenting the fashion I’m surrounded by, and I am hopeful to get some great feedback!
